    Over the last 25 years workplace law has evolved to the point where HR professionals now spend a great deal of time focused on developments, sometimes daily, with state and federal laws and regulations. While the recent national elections have suggested a sea change the workplace is so tied up in an intricate bundle of laws, regulations and rules that it will be difficult for any administration or legislature to untangle. Furthermore, our culture has also changed, so the risk of employee claims is still at an all-time high and a reversal is unlikely. This program will review the current state of laws and regulations as well as recent court decisions that shape the modern workplace. We will also review what could be on the horizon.
