Session Overview: Social media can be a powerful tool in the recruitment process... if you do it right! Nowadays, applicants are not only looking at your website for information about your company, but they're also checking your social media sites to see what they can learn about your company culture. Caitlin Thayer, Social Media Strategist at UCSA International will talk about how to incorporate job opportunities and posts about company culture into your overall social media strategy. She will provide key takeaways that you will be able to implement immediately into your social media plans.
About Our Presenter: Caitlin Thayer has been doing social media professionally since 2007. She has had the privilege of working with over 100 different companies on their social media strategies and implementation. She previously taught social media classes at Capital Community College in Hartford, Connecticut and at Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She is currently the Social Media Strategist at UCSA International in Amesbury, Massachusetts, helping local businesses improve their social media presences.
