Working in restaurants throughout high school, college, and law school taught Brian Bouchard one unforgettable lesson: client service is job one. Since joining Sheehan Phinney in 2013, that mantra has been a driving force behind Brian’s legal practice. Originally trained as a philosopher, he embarked on a legal career after college to find the intersection between ideas and practice. Law fit that bill. Today, as a litigator focused on labor and employment, land use, and construction issues, Brian is driven by client service and by finding answers to the legal questions his clients raise. Brian has written and lectured on legal topics throughout the Granite State, and he is never unimpressed by the complex issues facing employers, businesses, and individuals on a daily basis.
