    Why Happiness Matters at Work

    Program Details:

There is an epidemic of frustrated, overwhelmed people who are just going through the motions in their work and life. They are in a cycle of reacting and responding to whatever shows up on their to do list, which limits their productivity and passion for what they do. HR professionals are in the precarious position of coaching employees through this challenge while potentially facing it themselves. (They are PEOPLE too!)

This workshop teaches HR professionals how to uncover the root cause of this feeling, so they can help themselves and company employees pinpoint the changes they need to make to design a work life of meaning and fulfillment and to ignite passion for shared company goals.

    Attendees will:

    -       Learn how to identify habitual beliefs that repeatedly limit success.

    -       Learn how to take control of their to-do list instead of having their to-do list control them.

    -       Learn how to teach employees how to align their values with company values to increase productivity and passion for their careers.
