    Training DIY [VIRTUAL PROGRAM]

Program Details: In most organizations, identifying and delivering effective training and development can be challenging. When we add in budget constraints and limited HR capacity, it can feel impossible. In this session we’ll discuss strategies you can use to assess and develop effective training and development initiatives, including real-life examples of DIY programs.

    Goals:

    • Learn how to identify training and development needs
    • Review real-life examples of DIY programs that are effective
    • Discuss how to evaluate the effectiveness of your training and development initiatives
