    Terri Pastori, Esq. (Pastori | Krans PLLC) and Matt McGrath (Systems Engineering) will lead a discussion on using Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.  The focus of their discussion will be the pitfalls and legal implications of using AI without proper chaperoning and guardrails.  Terri will focus on the legal consequences surrounding AI, and Matt will focus on the technical aspects of having employees use AI.  They will discuss how and when to use AI safely, recent regulatory initiatives regarding AI, key employer policies to consider, and what technical systems employers should implement for the productive use of AI in the workplace.
