About our Speaker:
Gayle O'Connor is an HR Consultant at Leddy Group based in Dover, NH. She has 30+ years of combined inhouse HR and consulting experience and partners with start-up organizations and national employers, both non-profit and for profit, developing HR policies and processes as well as providing specialty services to established HR departments.
Her industry experience includes manufacturing, nonprofit, education, and professional services. Gayle earned her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maine, Orono, a graduate certificate in Personnel & Industrial Relations from New Hampshire College and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Gayle currently serves as a board member for the Seacoast Human Resource Association.
