Event: SHRA will be hosting a volunteer beach clean-up from 10am-12pm at Hampton Beach in partnership with the Blue Ocean Society. At 12pm we will have a member appreciation lunch and program on how the positive impact of volunteering and corporate social responsibility increases employee engagement. This is a perfect opportunity to use your organizations paid volunteering time!

Where: Meet at the Clam Shell Stage, Hampton Beach
When: 10am-12pm volunteering, 12-1pm lunch and program
Cost: This program will be free for members and non-members to attend. Please register so we can obtain an accurate headcount for food, t-shirts, and volunteering.

What to bring: Reusable gloves, such as work gloves or gardening gloves, that can be washed are best, but when these are not available, we recommend using disposable non-latex gloves.

What to wear: It is usually 10-15 degrees cooler at the beach than it is inland. Cleanup participants should dress in layers and wear closed-toe shoes (e.g., hiking boots or sneakers) or sturdy sandals with an ankle strap. Each participant will also get a free t-shirt.
