    Description:

In today’s fast-paced employment landscape, staffing and talent acquisition are undergoing a profound transformation. Fueled by advances in artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics, organizations are rethinking how they attract, engage, and retain talent. But while technology is changing the game, it isn’t replacing the human element—it’s enhancing it.

This session explores the ever-evolving world of staffing in the era of AI. We’ll examine the current employment market and the trends reshaping how companies compete for talent. From AI-powered sourcing tools to predictive analytics and automated screening platforms, we’ll spotlight the innovations helping HR and recruiting teams work smarter, not just faster.

    Participants will gain insights into:

    • The state of the employment market and talent availability
    • Why talent acquisition is becoming more tech-enabled rather than tech-replaced
    • Current strategies and best practices to attract top talent in a competitive landscape
    • A review of emerging tools and platforms that can enhance staffing plans
    • Practical tips for aligning your hiring processes with today’s technological capabilities

Whether you're a staffing professional, HR leader, or business executive, this session will leave you with a deeper understanding of how to evolve your talent strategies to remain competitive in an AI-driven world.
