SHRA Best Practices Panel
Program Details:
A community of practice is a group of people who share a concern or passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact. Our June program will be a Community of Practice with industry leaders to share best practices, innovation and concerns to help our members learn and support their organizations.
A panel of Best Companies to Work for and industry leaders will share some of their best practices and innovative solutions to some of our most challenging HR situations, such as recruitment and retention, substance abuse, professional development, employee recognition, and many more. The panel will be moderated be Dawn Barker, VP of Human Resources for RiverWoods.
We will then break-out into roundtable discussions based on industry to network and deepen the conversations. We will wrap-up the morning by sharing what we have learned from our communities of practice.
